Iv got two hard drives each 200GB and i want to get them configured into RAID 1- which is mirrored. the first HD is the one im running my entire computer off the second is just basicly sitting there. i went onto Disk Management and i saw the first operating HD named Disk 0 and it said "healthy (system)" and the second HD named Disk 1 said "unallocated". so the computer knows its there and i am just wondering if there is anyway to make it into a RAID 1 with out formatting my working HD or loosing any data. Thanks

I dont think so, because then the computer wouldnt know how to backup all the data you already have. I'm pretty sure that the only way to set up RAID is when your formatting the computer.

with my old motherboard the drivers came with an nvidia raid program but with this one they dont. its still nvidia nforce4 based and supports raid but doesnt come with the raid software my last one did
