ok they do have a FUP but it doesnt restrict bandwidth.... what do you reckon, what do you think I should do - is pipex good? I hear they do a bit of throttling but i can deal with that...

I just did a speedtest on my Tiscali, thought it felt a little slow:

Anyway, I'd avoid anybody that says "throttling" - it usually means BitTorrent gets stuck at some stupid speed nothing like the rest of your net traffic. Newsgroups get throttled too.

What does the Pipex FUP say? Connection too slow to look for it myself!

It doesnt limit your downloads, just says no hax0rzing so thats safe , They all seem to have some problem tbh, i think its the best out of a bad bunch, static IP too for our haxoring which is good, and servers i may be hosting.
