No Response & C++ Message

I don't have any more information than this. I've been getting the NO REPONSE message quite often recently, and I've clicked the button to send error message. I'm on Win XP Pro.

Additionally, I've been getting the C++ pop-up window as well.

Who can help? Thanx in advance!

Have you tried scandisk? I had a similar problem before and scandisk worked perfectly. IF that fails, run your OS recovery disk.

What do you mean NO RESPONSE? What do you mean C++ popup window?

What are you doing when you get these? Are they popup error messages or what?

We need more information please.
