Duel Core Proccesor and Air Flow

Im still trying to figure out which case to buy, but im trying to figure out what to do about the air flow for my motherboard. In my Gateway it has a large fan that directs the airflow onto the motherboard which has cooling plates that line close together.

If I buy a new computer case, I don't think it would fit the fan from the Gateway, so im not sure how im going to keep it cool

Any suggestions, or any cases somebody could rocommend for a descent price?

It's this one: Gateway GT5082. It's all bassackwards, so it just may be a BTX.

Yes, that is BTX. I don't see why BTX even exists.. it just puts out more boards and cases that wont be compatable with each other.. ATX was perfectly fine... *shrugs*
