Hey guys I am trying to setup a website for a friend dealing with music. He wants to put songs he does and stuff on there so he can sell them. I wanna know what's the cheapest way to do this and what not. Will I need a host and what not?

Just the basics and what not, I can acutally develop the website and stuff.

I just need to know about hosting, programs I will need, etc. Thanks.
