I have tried all of this does anyone know how to reset the printer?

Reset the printer? What do you mean by that? you mean in the print tasks? or just a turn off/on thing?

on/off like have the printer have factory settings.

SO you have gone ahead and deleted all the printer software from the PC? And then reinstalled it? Right click on My Computer- go to Properties-Hardware tab- Device Manger - Is there any devices that are not looking to good? And you have reported that other USB devices work?
