Help with forums

If i post a lengthy post this error come up

Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 20 seconds exceeded in c:\program files\apache group\apache\htdocs\computerforums\includes\db_mysql.php on line 212

How do i fix this??

It is a problem with the server, there is nothing you can do.

I also had the problem with certain components but the solution I found in the forum is adding the following line to the .htaccess in the root of the site

php_value max_execution_time 60

.

Nope, nothing possible. Timeouts...and to reassure you, I am filled of timeouts.

Just make sure, when you hit back, change the title, or it wont post, and just keep freezing and what not on you..

omg I kept getting that error emssage all day yesterday when I was trying to post

I have to admit I don't get it all that often, but I have gotten it occasionaly.
