Finding and Return to Web Pages

Is there way I can Finding and Return to Web Pages I have Visited 3 years ago.

Is there any special software I can use to retreiv that

hmm...nope. The only place that is stored is in your internet history and if you've cleared your internet history or your browser cache you are SOL my friend. There is always google, you could try searching for the site or anything to do with the site, and if you are lucky you might find it.
When you find a site you like, bookmark it.
