FS- Windows XP Professional SP2 OEM Disc and Serial

These aren't Dell discs. It's a normal copy of windows XP that you would purchase in a store.

not if it's OEM. i'm not saying it's dell, i was using dell as an example. OEM disks are different from the ones you find in the store. those are retail copies. OEM is the same OS and all, just slightly different installation method i believe.

It's like a retail copy but not really backed up Microsoft, it's supposed to be backed up for support by the seller.
