Haha, well technically ATI is still ATI. Right now it's a branch of AMD.
As for the X1950 XTX benchmarks, ATI has just put nVIDIA and their much vaunted Quad SLI in it's place. Two X1950 XTX's in CrossFire can beat out two 7950 GX2's in Quad SLI in the majority of the benchmarks? You gotta love the power of GDDR4.
EDIT>>> As for the price of the X1950 XTX, expect it to be about $500. ATI just recently dropped the price on the X1900 series, most likely to create room for the X1950.
