how about trying:
dididave.com (i find this site the fastest...but u have to seed files at least 1:1 or you might get banned..and only allowed i account per ip.)

demoniod.com (this is another good site).

isohunt. although i hate torrents SO much cause they are VERY, VERY, VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY slow no matter how many seeders or whatever there are, but they are reliable when you can download them.

Did you ever try forwarding ports? that makes a BIG difference in speed.

hmmm, mine runs fast even when there's only like 5 seeders

i had 16 seeders and only about 5 peers or whatever and it wasn't going more than 30kb/s.
