how the hell is building yourself cheaper?!?!?
anyway i would go with anything local. check out the weekly adds in the newspapers for the best deal. any computer i've ever bought was at office depot. cheap, and good. i wouldn't get hp...just something about them i don't like. but if you buy something with a rebate from office depot then you'll have to wait a while for the rebates to get to you.
