would i be able to overclock with...

Haha, well, looking at that last review, I'd think so! OCZ is a great company.

man definately, i have a 3200+ venice with a chaintech vnf4/ultra which is a serious budget motherboard, i've gotten my proc stable at 2.6ghz from 2.0ghz, your board oc nicely, and that's good ram too

^^agreed. Anyways, any OCZ plat RAM is good. Their Platinum line is their top of the line, so anything under that name will use good ICs. :)

Yeah, you should be able to reach 2.4 or 2.5ghz easily. Even if the RAM does start holding you back there, you could also drop down the stock speed (from DDR400 to, say, DDR333) which will allow you to go even higher. If you've gotta good stepping, I think 2.5ghz should be achievable, even on stock cooling.

Stock cooling? Not possible unless you are willing to put your processor in danger. I would get the Thermalright Ultra-120 or SI-128, SI-128 preferrably. As it cools the Mosfets too.
