Energy Efficient Processors

Yeah, that's probably what I'm going to do. Is there any major difference between and AMD Athlon 64 X2 3800+ and 5000+?

Betwenn the X23800+ and the X25000? Yeah... there is quite a performance increase. What are you going to be using it for though? Chances are a 4200+ or 3800+ is good enough for your needs.

I'm going to use it for some gaming like Guild Wars, Elders Scrolls IV, and some other stuff. And then Adobe Photoshop and a lot of microsoft office.

a 3800 or 4200 would be suffice, invest more money in ram though. Applications like photoshop are just as if not more RAM intensive as CPU intensive.

An X2 3800+ is good for the price. If you got the cash, just save up for the Conroe. In your sig it says you already have a X2 5000+, so is this for another computer or something?
