well i read that there could be some problems with the thermalright h/s, that specific one above, having problems mounting due to the heatpipe on the ASUS M2N Series motherboards.

I see no problem unless the heat pipes are covering the DIMM slots. It should fit.

Im starting to want to make it a bit cheaper. What case would you guys recomend from here http://www.memoryexpress.com/index.php?PageTag=&page=cat&memx_menu=70&SID= which is less than a 100 dollars. Perhaps this one?: http://www.memoryexpress.com/index....dProductDetail.php&DisplayProductID=6320&SID= I picked out a 99 dollar one, but its expensive, for me atleast. Or maiby I should get a cheaper power supply? The one I got now is: OCZ 600W GameXStream Power Supply w/ Quad +12V, but they are out of stock for it. Should I maiby get OCZ 520W ModStream Power Supply or the 450W version?

get any case of your choice. I would highly stick with the OCZ GameXstream or the OCZ Powerstream 520.

Well the GameXsteam is out of stock. And the powerstream is expensive. Why is ModStream any worse?
