Its a DELL, I cant. I cant do anything with this shitbox.
How old are you? If you're 17 like me and depend on your parents when it comes to pc things, then you're a bit stuffed, maybe you should try selling it? With that money put it towards a new build. If you work and can afford it, just buy a new PC. Good luck with what ever you do.

I'll be 18 in a month, then I can buy shit online. But until then I have to deal with the crappy 30 gig HD, crappy 2.4 CPU, crappy dell mobo, crappy expensive ram and crappy videocard. And now that fucking codec problem that makes all movies black and white is back, it has to be WMP11 beta.
Sounds stupid, but it worked for me when I had similar problems:
On your motherboard you have a primary and a secondary IDE socket (if you don't then this won't work), take the cables out and plug the one that was going into the primary into the secondary and vice versa.
Might not work but it solved my problems with XP setup's formating app. Hope it helps
