building a new pc need some help

yeah.. those parts are all ready to go, looks like everything is in order, you need a case if you forgot, or maybe you just didn't list it here. umm.. iunno you could consider getting AM2 since it's available and not much more money, and it'll be more 'future proof' but that build is very good regardless.

am2 is better. yeah.. new chipset for mobo and it utilizes ddr2 ram instead of ddr

Change out that RAM PC-6400 5-5-5-15 is digusting. For 5-5-5-15, you can get PC-8500. Get some CAS4 or CAS3 PC-6400, you will be happier, trust me.
