Noisey GPU fan

My fan which is prebuilt on my 6800GT is noisey! :S. I'm getting this case soon for my new build but i'm keeping my 6800gt. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16811129154

Will this silence my pc you think?
If not, any other solutions?

i have an XFX 6600gt and i just found out i have a reallly noisy fan!
but i'm planning on upgrading in the not to distant future so i'll live with it untill i get a new gpu, but if my new gpu is this noisy i'm going to go buy a third party fan to silence it. The case may take away some of the noise but , you should look for a quieter fan then check the temps to see if you got a good enough fan

is it hard to replace the fan? I thought they were like wielded on.

VF900 from Zalman. Zalman is pretty quiet and has very good performance.

their not hard 2 replace, i know because i just did the hardest part is getting the thermal pads on the ram chips, it's tedious

it's so that the ram doesn't heat ^

as far as tutorials the instructions should be enough to guide you through i believe

ooo right lol. I dont have any thermal pads on at the moment. Or do you need thermal pads when you replace the pre built fan. Have you got any pictures on how to do so? Tutorials? thanks
