Hello Everyone Im a newbie here.
First off I have a Compaq Presario Laptop. Windows XP Professional. Fat 32 Drive.
Problem 1: I tried installing norton systemworks but it tried to back up all my
files and filled up my small 15GB hard drive. After I got it uninstalled I
checked my hard drive and it had 7.25 GB used space, wierd, before the install I
had 9.6 GB used space. So norton deleted alot of stuff. I checked and all my
files are there. And my computer ran the best that its ever ran. Now everytime I
log on my hard drive used space increases. Im not sure if it did this before and I never noticed it or what Im up to 8.19 GB used space. I am
not downloading andthing, copying music, intalling anything. Anyone seen this
before or know what it is? How I can stop it...
Also, any sugestions on getting any and all usless stuff that taking space up,
stuff that defrag, system checks ect... wont get rid of?
