Currently I have my FSB at 260, multiplier at 11, and ram at 140. Prime95 fails within the first round. Super Pi won't even run. What should my ram be set at?

yea, if your ram is 200mhz and its set at 140mhz than you know its not your ram becuase its underclock and its stable. Its your cpu that isnt stable, so try uping the voltage alittle more on CPU. Than do a prime95 test for 1 day or 20 hours than put your ram divider back to 180MHZ or 200MHZ depending how far your ram goes
 
What I was aiming for I couldn't reach. I had the ram down to 133 at some points. For now I'm just resting back on a measly 2.5 with ram at 180

And why do you say to put the ram back at 180 or 200? That's overclocking the RAM WAYYYY too much man

yea, well I dont know how far your ram can do becuase it is OCZ

just think about this 230 fsb x 11 = 2.530, So your ram divider @ 166 = 196MHZ, Divider @ 180 = 210, Divider @ 200 = 230. So try 230
 
The RAM you have is DDR400 - which means it runs at 200mhz, but 400mhz effective. The divider for the RAM you wanna use needs to make the RAM as close to 200mhz as possible - use a calculator and a pen and some paper to work out which you need. I'd say try running the RAM with the divider at 180, but there is no such thing as a RAM divider at 180, at least not on my motherboard.

You've got good RAM, so give 230mhz a shot - my value stuff will run at 218mhz without crashing. You may need to put some extra volts through your RAM (0.05V - 0.1V should do it) and through your CPU (0.25V- 0.5V should do it)
