You don't need a Raptor. Just get a 250GB or 320GB Seagate 7200.10 hard drive. They're cheap, SUPER fast and have lots of room. The 250GB and 320GB cost $79.99 and $99.99 respectively. d

For the PSU, get the FSP Group (Fortron Source) AX-500 instead. You don't need 550W for SLI'ing two 7600 GT's, which hardly use any power.

Why that piece of junk monitor? 8ms isn't that great, it also lacks the most important thing of all, DVI!
