help! thumb drive contents deleted!

some how everything was erased when i put my thumbdrive in so HELP!

Im afraid there is nothing you can do if your jumpdrive gets erased (as in there is no way to recover your data). Now that's as far as I know, at least I havent heard of data recovery on a jumpdrive.

Um, no john? A flash drive is different from a hard disk. A hard disk's data get's overwritten, flash drive, it's gone. Poof, bye bye

Yes all data is gone from the Flash drive it its irr recoverable....

i recovered stuff from my mp3 player before, and same with my SD card

There is a program called FileScavenger, which I have used to retrieve data of a USB stick, when I have lost a file, or accidently deleted it. Its one of my key programs which I keep on a second USB stick with tools on it.

I have recommended it to a few people now and it works well, and quickly.

actually i thought everything was gone but there was something mounted as the same drive letter as the thumbdrive...but anyway u can find the data (at least i can.)
