Video broadcasting

Hello,

I have tried download.com and google to find software that will broadcast video from a file or other inputs, I have found many pieces of software that require extra hardware and this is not what I am looking for and I have also found software that does anything but read a video from a file.
If you know of any video broadcasting software that will stream video from a file (like an idle broadcast [see www.fragtv.net for example] that will loop) until a live broadcast is available please post a reply,

I have found this software but it is only available in mac edition. http://www.channelstorm.com/Features.html

This is the sort of thing I am looking for. If anyone could knows of a similar product for windows can they please reply with a link,

Are you talking about something like Youtube? You can just create a free account, and host your own videos. Lol, hope it helped.
