Defragging? How often should I do it?

I run virus/spyware scans every day, and, I defrag once a week, and then re-format once every 3/4 months.

Defragging upon a fresh install of Windows is important as well.

no, but i read about one that is like $30 that does it automaticly everyday for you.

I use the windows one. I think it's fine to use.
