alright, so my cousin told me to download this polish tv show that i cannot acquire anywhere in canada other than p2p. so he told me to download emule and download this show. Is this legal?

What about my plans of creating a system that will download the entire internet and automattically download more as content is available, ordering new sufficient hard drives as needed and having technicians install them so it a self contained network. Selling files that it has downloaded for profit, and payment of storage?
