Custom Titles

haha, thanks amish kid. yeah, only mods/admins can give custom titles. Forgot to put that in original post.

You seem to speak with certainty that mods can give these "custom titles" we can't, & if we went to David, he would be very unlikely to think it was a good idea, of course he always listens to things like improvements to the appearance of the site, & when he set up the new rep points system, he announced it & invited members to say how they liked it, some suggested where a tweak or two were needed, & he cooperated, but custom titles, I'll go as far as to say that this is a 99% no no, members have tried to get custom avatars for ages, he tries to keep thing uncomplicated.

I agree with brook, on the part that, it wont happen...If you think about it, it takes a lot of convincing (sp) to get something around here, for exmaple, look the the development lounge thread, we had almost 35 names, of people who wanted it...But David still hasnt said one word in the thread, and were at 6 pages..

im saying custom titles because if someone new joins and they are interested in a paticular subject, ie photoshop or software programming, they know who the specialists are. And since mods are important to this community, they deserve a little more cred than "moderator".

He should get someone, to admin this forum. Not that it isant nice, or he's not a cool guy, or anything like that, but he simply does not have the time. And, I feel someone, would quite happily admin this forum. We do have two other admin's, but they havent been here in years.

Enable it so the members can change their own user titles.

This forum kind of sucks on my honest opinion. I could think of a million things to make it a nicer and more fun environment for the users.

Allow custom avatar's
And there's TONSSSSSS of nice vb hacks/mods you could add on. But hey, David doesn't really care about this place does he. I guess we can only tell by how he shows it

I think you are right I mean, they are just avatars and signatures lol
I say just once, and if any one abuses them either they lose the ability to do it or we all do
