Help with Powersupply need help fast.

Hey guys my friend just bought a dell xps 400 and the computer didn't come with a power supply cord I've tried looking and can't find one heck , I don't even know the proper name for it...Is there a cord avialable on newegg or anything?

what one are you talking about? the 20/24 connection or 4pin. If it didnt come with 24pin than you need a adapter

You mean the power cord that goes from to power supply to the wall outlet?

Newegg has one: Belkin AC Power Cord

Any local computer shop should have them. Including Best Buy, CompUSA, etc.

Thats what I needed for the friend thanks! Once agian saved by the computer forums .

Personally I'd contact the vendor and ask where the cord is, it should have been sent with the pc and you should not have to purchase a replacement.

That would be a good idea , but he bought it on ebay fullwell knowing that it didnt come with it...

ahhhhh, OK, well a third party one will be cheap enough then.
