I don't know why people hate Dell so much. They make great budget PC's and computers for those who don't need custom PC's or excessive hardware. The only thing I don't like is the Customer Service being based in India. Don't get me wrong, I'm not being racist, but there's just that whole language barrier to go through, that it just makes it more hassle for the customer and CSR.
