ipod music w/o itunes

is there any other program that can put music on ipods like itunes? if there is a hack(or w/e) so taht i can do this thru wmp, please tell me. im getting sick if itunes. and i like windows media player because of its integration with my xbox360 (only wmp playlists can be used while streaming music).
