psu problems

ok well then i guess that i can try a 20 pin to see if it is the psu, but if its not then how do i tell if its the cpu or the m/b?

*update* I just tried out my brothers 20 pin from his hp and it worked. So i traded him psus and now both comps work. But i don't think that i want to keep his 250w psu, so im in the market for a new psu for around 100 dollars, what do you guys think about the ocz 620 modstream?

ive seen power buttons die on cheap cases. or even sometimes because of the wear and tear the wires become loose inside the swtich and no longer have contact so... switched died.
