i'm thinkin under $100 guys, and i did like some of the antecs and they're supposed to be reliable, basically i want a psu that i can hold onto and use in my next build. I really liked this one because it's got the modular wiring

The Enermax Liberty is the best modular PSU, but if you want a good PSU for the money, get the FSP Group (Fortron Source) AX-500.

I do like that FSP Group one. So I'm going to put some nice uv sleeving on all the power cords and put a uv light inside my case, here's what my case looks like now.

Haha, well I wouldn't expect it to have problems, or ThermalTake would be in deep shit. I mean decent as in consistency, quality and reliability.
