Will this chipset cooler fit on my mobo?

hello will this chipset fit on my mobo? specs are in my sig. also im abit unsure if it will fit under my x1900xt as the card is so long it covers some of the orginal cooler.

heres a pic of my mobo:

as you can see on it the chipset is inline with the top pci-e slot.

I doubt they would fit, because it is a VGA cooler. VGA holes are more seperate than chipset coolers.
