Acer E300 psu

Hey all,
Got an Acer E300 earlier this year, not a bad computer, amd 64 3200+,1 gig ram and a geforce 6600 256mb.

Time for an upgrade though, i've got a bit of cash together and i'm going to get a geforce 7900GT and 2 sticks of 1 gb RAM because for some reason it only has 2 slots.

However... I need to know before I buy them, what is the power supply on this machine?
I've looked on the web, everywhere and nowhere lists it.
Is there a way I can find out from the pc itself? Or will i have to phone Acer and find out?

Just get like a 550W Antec power supply and u will be good, i dint sugest go anylower then 550W. I mean my system requaers lots of enargy and "Antec 550W" does a good job

The Acer E360 comes with a 300W power supply so I guess that's what your computer comes with. Also the minimum requirement for a geforce 6600 is 300W.

I suggest you to get a 500W psu from brands like Antec, Hiper, OCZ.

just open the case and look at the psu, it should tell u the wattage somewhere.
