I'm using a fan controller and it's great because I can make my stock case fans pretty quiet without having to buy new ones. Of course, they don't move much air, but they still function.

Haha, my fan controllers can turn the fans off completly (joke), its so quiet...

I dont use a fan contoller but for the those screamers, you need a fan controller or you'll go deaf.

Haha, thats me! My Delta 120mm that I use to cool my SI-120 is SO loud at full blast. When it undervolt it, it works wonders. It's quiet and pumps lots of air out.
