Pci 2.0?

My friend has a Dell dimension B110 and wants to upgrade to this card so he can play BF2. He was thinking about these two.

But he doesn't know if he has PCI 2.0. Is there a way to check?

Oh yeah and which is better?

um.. the fx5500 is better.. a little.. 4 pixelpipelines is really low. and um.. he definitely computer has pci slots. all computers have pci slots. playing bf2 on that videocard will be difficult though

There isn't a pci card that can play bf2 well.
If he has the money then he should get a new mobo with pci-e and get a decent pci-e card.
Also with 256mb of ram bf is gonna lag like crazy no matter what kind of vid card u have.

Firstly, dont get the 6200, that has got to be the worst card for gaming, ever.

Secondly, it's PCI man! As mammikoura said, PCI will not cut it with BF2.

even so, a gig of ram would lag alot when 256 is taken away and ur trying 2 play bf2

I don't know about you, but my 9250 pci does me justice. I get about 30 fps on most games. Ask John123 about how it fares up against BF2.
