I don't believe thats true, as it was always on in the first place.

But yeah, it might be that it needs updating somewhat. It can't be that more people have joined NTL, because like I said, theres a box almost right outside.

Did another test. Were only supposedly getting 190kbps now...

We did have the right amount before though, about 2mbps like were meant to.

Yet, now were meant to have 4mbps, we've dropped?!
