new sata drive won't detect

ok so i just build my first new pc. i installed windows ect.. and have been playing it for a few days. Well today i turned it off to open it up and clean the cables up a bit. finished that put it all back together powered it on and now it will not detect my drive.. everything looks like it is hooked up the same.. any idea?

just unhook everything and put it all back together, the molex connectors, sata cables, and sata power cables aren't the easiest to get perfectly in place, if that doesn't work then i duno what to say, unless you have an ide hard drive in there as well, which can cause major pains mixed with an sata hd.
