P4P800-VM not working

Ok, this is weird.

This celeron D computer I had I traded with thrilla, than he trys it next week.

He tryed puting new as5, puting diffrent video card. Check the stuff on the mobo, Did diffrent ram, DId diffrent everything.. and still the mobo turns on and there is no screen the fan spins and the green light on the mobo is on but there is no screen. How can I fix this?

Reset CMOS? Try other CPU?

If he did this routine plus these two, the PC has fried...OR may be shorting out on something.
