With an ISO file, you do not just drag and drop the files on, you need to find suitable software, to burn the ISO to disc.

A good program is Nero, just choose "Burn image to disc" locate the ISO image/file, and burn it.

When you have done that, put it in your CD-Drive, and reset your computer.

Is the motherboard touching any metal, directly that is? At any point, if it is, at some point, it will just be shorting out.

Ah, I see why. Download Nero 7 and it will offer you to update your current Nero. Then, Select Backup section in Nero SmartStart and then choose file. Once done, boot from CD.

No. I have a Nero Express and it updates your version for free. It just bring necessary tools. It won't bring you the full thing. Don't even think that you will need to deposit a penny.

i downloaded nero express7 and the file doenst show up

i have it on a CD, i booted from it, it said it did 16 tests, i have no idea
