Help! Can't get aero on vista!

guys help! i can't get aero on vista! i'll hand out rep points! promise!

this is what it looks like

now, how do i enable aero!??! when i has vista before i had it fine, and it worked great! but now idk how to enable it. i cant find it anywhere in the control panel..
