Yeah, it was a development trainer for Halo... memorizes your keystrokes. Forgive the file directories... random names for the discards, every one loves them.

try unchecking the option "Copy to Quarantine" and maybe that will unlock those other options, or you tried that already and nothing, lol, i'm just tryin to help

I already did that, it was initially unchecked.
