slow loading windows xp

every day i swiched on my computer.. and then it takes be 5 mins to load up windows xp!!

how can i speed up my computer?
as i have using latest diskeeper
clean up registry
clean up junk files
update windows xp

what missing???

1) Toned down msconfig to only boot priority services
2) Run anti-virus/anti-spyware apps
3) Tried to free up more system resources?

Yeah, something must be loading thats taking alot of resources up.

I did make it for him, what do you mean? I'm psychic and I knew he would ask the question, so I did it then so it could be ready... lol... jk... but still, let me put it this way, it's made for him, for you, wait, it's made for everybody... lol...
