dual 2.8 vs 3.06

i'm just wondering how big of a differance is there between my 3.06ghz vs a dual 2.8 ? because i ended up getting the 3.06 although my eyes were on the duals for a while but i didnt wanna spend more money.

also, i have a graphics card (128mb ddr, saphire/radeon 9600xt) just wondering how much better that is then the one it comes with, all it says is "Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 900"

and last but not least, i'm thinking of getting a tv tuner so i can watch tv on my monitor, anyone have any experience/comments with them? and do u think i can have the tv open in a window while doing other stuff? thanks

dual cores are more efficient.

your graphics card is better by alot because it has alot of features that the gma 900 lacks.

and tv tuners are cool. and yes you can run it in a window
