Question I Have HAd

IT has been Narrowed down that i have a Firewall blocking me to connect to servers for games and stuff etc. I turned off my Windows Security Firewall because i know i have one from my Router which is up stairs on the main computer. That is the only other firewall that i know of. IT is a Linksys Router and we all have Linksys Wireless cards. HOw can i access my routers firewall so i can turn off w/e is making me not access servers?

accessing the routers settings hasa certain address code you put in...should be in the manual.

Is there any other way cause i think i tried that and it said i was an unathorized memeber or something
