I have the graphics card. I was wondering how good is the GeForce 7300LE?

I don't want to play games in high quality or anything. Is it possible to play games such as Sim City 4 or Half-Life 2 in medium quality?

its not a very good card at all compared to todays standards but it should handle those games at medium settings depending on what resolution u play at and what fps u consider to be acceptable

I'm not concerned about playing the latest games out today. Just want to play games about 2-3 years old.
