Windows automatically maximize when opened up(help please)

Hi, I use mozilla firefox but when I first click on the brower to open it up it is in window mode and I always have to go click the maximize button. How do I set it up so that when I open the browser it is already automatically maximized.

Hmm, it should remember the setting when you close it. I have never had a problem with this before. I wonder if there is some setting in the browser....

Edit: I don't see any option that saves that setting...

its only firefox that does this, i have 2 computers and it does it on both, IE is fine

Try this....open it up, maximize it, and then close it again.

Then open it up and see if it's kept the setting.

Hmm... I can't figure out why it'd do that either...

I tried checking in Settings...nothing.

I even tried to check for maybe a config file that autosaves a specific setting for Window control, but couldn't find one.
