That Cool & Quiet makes a heck of a difference! Just toning down that multiplier while the system is idle makes so much difference.

The voltage also drops too. Mine drops to 1.1v.

hmm i might try it when i can be bothered but most of the time i play cs on my comp so i doubt it would slow down at all, alvino ive been meaning to ask u, how on earth did u get a coreduo already and how does it perform???

Well I do like the my cpu to run at 2.4 with my 3800x. So would cool and quiet be an issue for me? I don't mind it declocking itself if thats the case, but you know game time I want the sucker up.
