For mine:

You should be able to see the checkered background in your Photoshop interface.

Not bad, but don't shift the text. Looks great, though.

i agree the shifting text needs 2 go and also i would suggest taking out the loop on the pulsing. it will distract viewers from your message on a web page. i like the other 2 that had the big orange g in the black circle and the other 1 with the red with the two lines above and below the slogan. pretty good designs.
