Your fine for Wattage. To be honest with you I would really consider the Nvidia. I'm running the 7800GTX and have had no problems with them. Probly a bit more than your willing the spend but none the less, the 7600.

I know where to get deals for the 7900 GT ($220) and the 7600 GT ($110-ish).

Also, if you're mainly going to play World of Warcraft, you don't need that good of a video card. A 7600 GT should be fine.
