The trick to boom in the trunk is the sub you get, the size of the air ports, and the way you have it sealed. speaker's come in many wattage, but if your a real audio phily just go with a custom box.
 
Yeah, Ill make my own, mixx. The prefab ones suck, but I want to listen to it for the 3 hour ride home, so ill just pay 30 bucks and get a sealed on, and when I get home, make a different one..
